Not "how does AI work" but "what happens if it gets it wrong" and "where does my data live". Those ones.

What happens when an AI agent gets it wrong?
Every agent draft is reviewable, with sources. Nothing is sent, signed, or filed without your explicit approval. If a draft is off, edit it — Orios learns. You can also disable any agent permanently per team or per workflow.
Where does our data live? Can it train other models?
Your data stays in your tenant on AWS Mumbai or Frankfurt (your choice). It is never used to train shared or third-party models. You own it; you can export it any time as JSON, CSV, or PDF.
How long does Orios take to set up?
A team of 50 is live in under a day with our CSV importer. Larger teams typically run a 2-week parallel period before cutover. We do the migration heavy-lifting for Grove and Canopy plans.
What integrations are in?
Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, GitHub, Linear, Jira, QuickBooks, Razorpay X. Plus an open REST API and webhooks. SSO via Google, Microsoft, Okta, and any SAML 2.0 IdP.
When is Payroll launching?
India payroll is in private beta with 14 customers. General availability is Q3 '25. UK and UAE payroll follow in Q1 '26. Existing Grove and Canopy customers get a 90-day free pilot.
Is there a free trial? Do I need to talk to sales?
