Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server Engineer to design, build, and scale the core backend infrastructure of our MDM platform. You will own the server-side logic that powers device enrollment, policy enforcement, real-time monitoring, and secure data exchange across thousands of devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable, secure RESTful & gRPC APIs for MDM functionalities.

• Build and maintain real-time communication systems (WebSocket, MQTT, or similar) for device telemetry and command execution.

• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and end-to-end encryption mechanisms.

• Design database schemas and optimize queries for high-volume device data (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Cassandra).

• Integrate with Apple DEP, Android Zero-Touch, and third-party identity providers.

• Ensure high availability, observability, and auto-scaling of backend services.

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

• 4+ years of strong backend development experience.

• Proficiency in Go / Node.js / Java / Python (Go preferred).

• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

• Strong knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

• Solid understanding of security best practices, data encryption, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001).

• Experience with MDM, EMM, or enterprise mobility solutions is a strong plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
