About the Role

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share across the Southern American mining sector, with a focus on Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil.

Responsibilities

✅ Drive sales of drilling equipment, machines, parts, and services across the designated region
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, and dealers
✅ Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
✅ Achieve business plan targets, sales growth, and market share objectives
✅ Lead customer engagement, service support, and commercial issue resolution
✅ Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements

Requirements

🔹 7–10 years of B2B sales experience within the mining industry
🔹 Strong knowledge of the mining markets in Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil
🔹 Experience selling to mining companies, contractors, and dealer networks
🔹 Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering (MBA in Marketing is an advantage)
🔹 Experience handling customer complaints, warranty processes, and after-sales support
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Fluency in Spanish and English
